Ingredients 1 avocado 87 g 3-4 small chopped tomatillos (1 cup) 168 g cup sour cream or plain greek yogurt (or plant based milk) 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix 2 Tablespoons lime juice 25 g 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro 2 g teaspoon garlic powder teaspoon ground pepper teaspoon salt cup water optional: chopped jalapeo Instructions Wash and chop the tomatillos into quarters, halve the avocado and scoop out the inside, and slice the lime
So this is one of my FAVORITE things about pasta salads, aside from the fact that my whole family loves them
