Im focusing on Commander in general, where this isnt seen too often, but I can envision paradox decks that might be interested just because this red enchantment lets you play spells from a zone other than your hand

You cant OHKO their Charizard ex because you still only deal 300 damage at this point, and you just got Ionos to one card

(11/17/2025) If a card in your hand is already revealed (perhaps because it was revealed to pay a cost of a spell that's still on the stack or due to the effect of a card like Telepathy), you may reveal it again to pay the cost of another spell or ability that requires you to reveal a card from your hand.
