Blue Aura Cork Turntable Mat Turntable Lids Made from flexible but highlyThis 300mm diameter mat is made from 3mm thick cork. There's a label recess to ensure the record is well supported. Cork is a very interesting material for damping, it can substantially reduce the ringing of a platter (more so than felt) without the 'over damping' and timing issues of many rubber mats. Cork is also naturally very good at preventing the build up of static too.
