I dont think that the Future Sight card frame A set that they were experimenting with possible futures for Magic, the Gathering was a graphic design mistake
I would actually prefer to use this card in a spread damage type deck and use Charge Through most turns since it does 40 damage to one of your opponent's benched Pokemon and does 100 damage to the active Pokemon, so you should be able to knock out 3 Pokemon in two turns if everything works out the way it should
place that monster in your opponent's Spell & Trap Zone in that monster's column as a face-up Continuous Spell (if a card is already in that zone, destroy it, and if you destroy a Monster Card this way, your opponent loses LP equal to its ATK)
Reassembling Skeleton can be on the battlefield or in the graveyard
X is a really powerful card, I would wait later into the game when my opponent has a full bench so I can fully utilize Garchomp's Poke-Power and the same goes with using Restore, you would probably have a better chance of being able to return a powerful Pokemon to your bench if the game has gone on for awhile already
