The idea of naming a card in an opponents hand and then getting to keep or discard those cards you correctly guessed goes back to childhood games like Old Maid

Doubling your mana at such a lower cost lets this deck seize an early lead and drown the table beneath massive monsters before they have a chance to react

Maybe it should be a fourth Centaur Healer for the aggro matchups or a Sundering Growth to kill Runechanters Pike, but the idea here is that its good against other Detention Sphere decks and has some corner cases where its awesome
