There's a smattering of cards that specifically interact with otters or make otters, and many of them are nice, efficient cards, even for a spellslinger deck with inexplicably few otters: Lilypad Village Valley Floodcaller Harnesser of Storms Otterball Antics Pearl of Wisdom Rockface Village Splash Portal Stormchaser's Talent Valley Flamecaller All of this adds up to an Izzet Prowess deck that features otters, which is awesome
Entei boasts the middle value of the three, with Suicune just ahead of it
Update : It looks like the fonts on some of the older cards are slightly different, perhaps due to changes in software rendering over the years
Rookie players will allow it to resolve before finding out to their horror that it locks out their treasure tokens as well as all of their artifacts, regardless of whether their activated abilities are mana abilities or not
