The flavour of raspberries comes through first, bringing its natural, fruity and bright sweetness. This is balanced out with a touch of acidity from the verjus (unripe grape juice). And a sprinkle of salt rounds out the sour and sweet flavours, making it a moreish and balanced tipple.
