Halstead, GH - 8' 3/2 5wt Bamboo Rod 4-Piece Capacity is WF5+20ydFor sale here is a George Halstead bamboo rod 8 feet, three sections with two tips for a five weight line (possibly a WF6 would work nicely as well). Nicely restored by Walt Carpenter in 1980 and not fished since. The reel seat hardware doesn't have his die stamp and there's nothing scripted on the rod, but it's definitely a Halstead. Very powerful rod with a medium fast action. I'd recommend a DT5 line. The rod exhibits Halstead's standard 2x2 node
