Like most White Weenie decks, while it does eventually win by beating down with a motley crew of creatures, rather than looking to be as aggressive as possible and win as quickly as possible, Death and Taxes looks to slow down the opponent with some strange, synergistic taxing effects and then win at its own somewhat leisurely pace
Essentially, theyre Saga monsters that can fight like regular creatures, but still activate powers when lore counters are added, and vanish from the field once their final ability is used

I think its most interesting home could be in a Standard control deck, however - in a two color strategy with a solid manabase, this card provides card draw over a few turns , a board presence or a blocker for one life, or a Treasure token to eventually ramp into game-winning spells
Torch Courier seems like an odd inclusion, but it is necessary often to enable a same turn kill by being able to cast both Snoop + Recruiter in a single turn to pile with Courier/Kiki-Jiki on top and then cast it to give Snoop haste
