This also sets you up perfectly for fusion summoning an ungodly number of monsters in a single turn

I also enjoy just shuffling the Schemes together and then each person flips up a Scheme in their turn and follows it, without anyone building a Scheme deck

I'm not building any infinite mana combos into this list, but infinite mana could just win you the game with repeated attacks and castings of Waves of Aggression
