Goblin Rabblemaster doesnt get you anywhere on a stable board where your opponent has a creature that can block a token every turn, while Chandra easily gets you two damage a turn or so if you dont want to flip her and you get an immediate burst of two extra damage when you flip it, or the ability to start killing creatures
Beyond Aetherdrift Limited, I dont anticipate Daring Mechanic will see play outside of MTG Commander decks built around a Mario Kart theme
