The can is empty and has a plastic spout with a cap on the top. Singer was very fastidious about making sure their logo was written in the native language of the country where their items were sold. Notice how the 'S' logo in the middle of the can says, 'A Coudre' the French translation for sewing. This can is in very good condition!
