Natural colour and non chill filtered. Every November, The Dalmore whisky makers visit the distillerys historic sandstone warehouses to explore the ageing casks. In the chill shadows, our casks are meticulously assessed and only a handful with distinguishing attributes are hand selected from any one year. The mature spirit from
