This lets Illumineers acquire more ink, which can then be used to play a card

It's a great threat to resolve against control because the enchantments don't have to resolve to produce the Angel tokens, and they also survive Back to Nature

Destiny Spinner does come with some drawbacks, notably, it's a creature so it's more vulnerable to removal than say City of Solitude, and Spinner itself can be countered, which isn't a problem for more expensive options like Prowling Serpopard or Vexing Shusher
