The reason why Solitude is much better in Modern than in Legacy, where its largely only played in Recruiter of the Guard decks, is that the presence of Daze/Wasteland and the format being faster means its quite difficult to hardcast Solitude
Its a powerful effect if you can leverage it better than your opponents, but Id be wary of chucking this in any old list

Rogue decks will always struggle to contend with the top meta strategies, but this difference can be mitigated with a few specific cards
These are generally more expensive because theyre so powerful, but youll probably have room to include Vraska the Unseen or Vraska, Golgari Queen in your deck
