The brewery ages their beer in former Jameson whiskey casks then sends these barrels back to Jameson

This whisky has spent 12 years in mostly former Bourbon American oak barrels

The winery was designed to replicate our previous winery in Jonkershoek which was built in 1911

and it’s an exciting sign of what’s to come from the rejuvenated Highland distillery

It gives incredible fruity aromas and a fuller body – with deep and luscious notes of ripe grape and soft tannin spice
