There are 14 borderless panel cards, consisting of 4 mythic rares and 10 rares

She gains a loyalty counter to create a 1/1 creature token (which automatically becomes two), she adds a +1/+1 counter on all of your creatures AND gives them flying until your next turn (all for free), or she can sacrifice three loyalty counters to destroy a target creature of mana value three or greater

Its a great mill commander since it forces your opponents to draw cards and is often used to help facilitate those strategies
