Iron Pot Bay Blanc de Noir Pearl Sparkling 2018 white wine the grapes are placed inThe Pearl is a soft, elegant blend of Pinot Noir (51%) and Pinot Meunier (49%). A very easy drinking sparkling, this wine has green apple notes on the nose with a honey or vanilla creaminess on the finish. This wine won gold at the 2022 Tasmanian Wine Show, our familys first ever gold medal.
