Gary Howells Bamboo Rod 7' 2/2 #4/5 10 Weight The rod weighs 3 3/8For sale here is an early Gary Howells 7 foot bamboo rod for a four or five weight in very good condition, labeled 2 5 8 oz. Made in 1971. All cork reel seat, half wells grip, original bag and tube (with the early tube label signed by Gary). One tip is down 1 1 2" (at the ferrule) and the repair was done very nicely. The varnish has some chips and rubs, but nothing requiring attention (no hook digs). Ferrule fit is perfect with both tips. All silk
