Odd One Out - Decoction Weizenbock Size:6-Pack fresh grapefruit and dank pineIn a first for Mountain Culture, we've brewed a German style bock using traditional decoction mashing techniques. Three temperature rests ensured the greatest flavour extraction from under modified pilsner and wheat malts. These malts, combined with a hefe yeast give flavours of dark fruits, a hint of chocolate and banana. An appreciation beer for true craft lovers. 355ml 6. 8%
