For most decks, being restricted to only cards that cost three or more means that Keruga, the Macrosage has the same exact issue as Gyruda, Doom of Depths: you only get to play a single card over the first three turns of the game, leaving you in a position where you're often dead to aggressive decks (this gets even worse in older formats, which are faster and place a higher value on efficiency)
Were expecting to see this pop up in plenty of Emerald decks now that Shimmering Skies is in the hands of players, at least in its Uncommon form
That hypothetically means you could reach the 20 lore needed to win in just four turns once the cards power kicks in - making it a powerhouse card, and one of Lorcanas best cards when it comes to decks built around churning lore as quickly as possible
This is great for characters like Maurice, World-Famous Inventor, who will likely be exerted each turn
