Even taking 1 point of Lore into consideration, this card still doesnt look particularly impressive

A hand with five lands, Hoarding Ogre and Owlbear I would rather have on the play

Quick Draw could do with another counterspell or two (even though nobody likes them), and 38 mana might be one or two too many for a deck with a relatively cheap mana curve
