Crafted by Dominik Huber as part of his Terroir Sense Fronteres project, the winemaking focuses on fluid, elegant expressions of the variety. The hand picked grapes are fermented whole cluster using native wild vineyard yeasts inside neutral concrete tanks, avoiding wood barrel contact.
