Peacock Butterfly | Framed Original Watercolor by Cynthia Oswald lemon art and among the first wildflowersAbout Peacock Butterfly: While researching butterflies native to Italy, I came across the Peacock Butterfly and was instantly captivated. Its vivid eyespots reminded me of the Buckeye Butterfly Ive painted beforeone of my favoritesbut this one felt like its European cousin, equally bold and mesmerizing. I havent yet seen one in person, but painting it became a small intention, a wish to one day cross paths with this beauty in the wild. Theres
