Theres nothing to stop you simply buying Draft Boosters in the same way youd buy a Set Booster, of course, rather than just using it to play in the Draft format
Oh, and did I mention that if you draw three cards, lose two cards, and have a Psychatog on the table, you've just grown your 'Tog by +6/+6 (two cards in graveyard + Fact or Fiction + 3 cards in hand -- discard the three cards to have six in the grave, remove all six to give another +3/+3)
This means that opponents generally want to kill him in one hit - otherwise, you get to nicely build up your hand
The easily controlled transformation into Galian Beast means you'll gain chunks of life and have an even easier time being hard to get rid of
