Sometimes you are forced into a situation where you need to blow your Vindicate/Counterspell on a cheaper card that you have far more efficient alternate ways to answer thus making them seem underwhelming

We value these based on the total value of single cards from each set, including only the regular printings of cards in each set for some long term consistency, not including booster fun like foils, special treatments, etc
