Its unlikely that such a costly artifact that isnt guaranteed to impact the board when you play it sees ample Standard play, but that shouldnt stop it from being a solid addition to any ramp-themed EDH deck

This card sees play everywhere now, because though the opponent gets to replace their lost land with a basic from their deck, they have to have a good one there first, which isn't always the case
