2025 Glen Valley Chardonnay natural wine No pressing takes placeCertified Bio dynamic and Organic WIne It was hand picked, chilled and then whole bunch pressed (straight to barrel). Wild fermentation began within 3 days of pressing. This Chardonnay has spent 10 months in French oak of which 40% is new. We use an array barrel sizes; Puncheons, Hogsheads and barriques. Each oak vessel contributing different layers and interest. A lifted perfume of zesty lemon, stone fruit & cashew nut. A fleshy, bright chardonnay
