Vanilla and spice think nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon with a hint of aniseed. Creamy palate hints of berry fruit. Toasted barley, cloves and butterscotch. Manuka honey, hot buttered toast and dried apricot develop. Moderate in length with spicy oak and a hint of peppermint on the finish.
