We've incorporated El Arco Guatemalan coffee, roasted at Cantook in Quebec City. This washed Bourbon variety develops aromas reminiscent of milk chocolate and custard. The result is a stout that's lighter than usual, but still quite smooth and very rich in flavor with its notes of chocolate, coffee, and roasted malt.
