The Tempranillo comes from 42 year old bush vines planted on gravel soils at an altitude of 480 meters above sea level. The grapes were hand harvested following a rigorous selection in the vineyard on September 8th 2023. 70% was destemmed. Fermentation took place in open top vessels.
