Grand Old Parr Scotch 12 Year (750ml) 1997 The yeast was harvested notVery bright on the nose. Smells of a summer barbecue with maple glazed smoked meats, toasted barley, grilled peaches and orange blossom. Very smooth mouthfeel, nutty, smoky and deep dried fruit flavors. These all culminate into a dark chocolate like, nutty finish.
