19th Century Inlaid Mahogany Drop Front Stationary Box, c.1880. Full Catalogue A charming piece full ofA lovely late 19th century inlaid mahogany drop front stationary box, c. 1880. The exterior has wonderful parquetry detailing to the doors, with a parquetry border to each side of the box. The top lifts to open the drop front, revealing a green leather writing slope with a gilt border, two inlaid drawers, a pen try, two ink well holders, and five stationary holders (four smaller, one large). The pen tray lifts to reveal a small compartment beneath.
