2011 Peninsula Chardonnay, Paringa Estate BBQ This legendary dry Riesling fromCoastal Cream Paringa Estates 2011 Peninsula Chardonnay is mature Mornington Peninsula white Burgundy in spirit, with its cool climate fruit now softened into a mellow, savoury phase. Expect grapefruit, lemon rind, peach and baked apple, layered with vanilla oak, clove, nutmeg and a gentle nutty, nougat like richness from time in bottle. On the palate, it is smooth, rounded and quietly creamy, with citrus freshness still giving shape to the wine. The
