OF COURSE, THIS PEN DOES NOT WRITE BECAUSE THE FILLING SYSTEM IS DRIED OUT, THOUGH IT DID NOT WRITE WELL EVEN WHEN IT WAS NEW. THE INTERNATIONAL MODEL HAS A CAP POINT COVER WHICH FITS OVER THE CAP OR THE POINT. THERE IS NO WEAR ON THE ANODIZING.
