Mas del Perie B763 Malbec 2021 Type_Spirits the whole 12 hectares -Cahors is a small appellation in SW France where Malbec is the main grape variety. Fabien Jouves took over this estate from his father in 2009 and now runs it biodynamically. This is 100% Malbec, from 25 year old vines planted in the highest and coolest location in the Cahors appellation. Its been aged in concrete tanks on fine less for 10 months. There's no oak influence and minimal sulphur is used in the winemaking. Lovely lifted fruit on the nose,
