Sadie Family Wines Palladius 2023 Grape_Bobal Grape: ChardonnayA blend of all eleven of Swartland's official white varieties, with old, bush vine Chenin Blanc playing the principal role. Palladius includes vines planted from 1935 2014, and CheninBlanc, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Colombar, Palomino, Semillon, Roussanne, Verdelho, Clairette Blanche, and Viognier ( I think that is eleven!). The vines were planted from 1935 2014. It is aged in clay and concrete eggs before being finished in old foudres. Rich with
