This can aid in powering units in the original MixPre, MixPre M, and MixPre II series. With most compatible recorders, releasing the MX HIROSE is as easy as pressing the release tab. However, on the MixPre 10 II, a flathead screwdriver will be necessary. Set your MixPre's power source internally to the NiMH option before use.
