Mr Pickwick after a traditional Lancashire designA rather splendid, well made large anglo Japanese or Chinese bamboo cabinet, I'm guessing from the 19th century judging by the deep colour and patina. It's very pleasing to look at the splayed legs, the profile and curve of the side edging and bottom apron, the symmetry of the feet with the top, the circle design in the doors, the deep colour and patina of the sturdy bamboo.
