After several months in Hungarian Oak barrels and then rested for a year in stainless, this soft gin, distilled using an international assortment of juniper berries from Nova Scotia, the Northwest Territories, Bulgaria and Tuscany, has a lovely additional nuance of the wood tannins. A winner of the Silver level at the 2018 Canadian Artisan Craft Spirit awards, our aged Gin brought home a Gold
