By 2019, so much whiskey had leaked out, the test was ended. Thankfully, the remaining whiskey was vatted and rebarreled into five Zac Cooperage #4 Char barrels. We secured these Double Oaked Rye barrels when they turned 8. 5 years old, and bottled them at cask strength (104 proof). The total yield was only 1050 bottles. These five
