1960s Welsh Wool Belted Cape Radio It doesn't threaten the conditionSo much 60s style and class on this gorgeous Welsh made tapestries cape. Love the large buttons, overall colour palette and pattern. So many great quality details. It is in excellent vintage condition. I would call this an open size. Although there is no actual shoulder seam there is a natural bend which helps this fit across multiple sizes. The belt on me is too long so I have it pinned back, with that said the belt works with snap buttons that can
