What it did remind me of was that back then as a ten-year-old little cutie that it was actually scary

I focused entirely on one single image (‘Love Ain’t Dead’) to allow me to throw as much time and thought as needed into creating a statement for how that year would run

her body shape is set to depict this acceptance that she is passing but also in a more positive way that she is acting like a care-free little girl - dancing and being happy

I’ve not tried to put a different narrative to this piece out of respect for the movie but instead I wanted to really test myself technically
