“Small World” Green wave If you take the timeMs. Sillens work features landscape inspired torn paper arrangements. It explores themes of abstraction, space, light, color, texture, and improvisation. She gathers paper from discarded mail, books, and magazines. Her process begins with painting the papers and then exploring color through cutting and manipulation, evolving through intuition and experimentation. I have always sought wonders in everyday life and nature; remaining open, accepting, and
