Chateau Mont Redon Chateauneuf du Pape 2020 750ml seaglass paired with a lush mousseThe best "regular" Mont Redon I can recall tasting, the 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape is wonderfully full bodied yet silky and harmonious, while the nose offers gentle garrigue notes and purple raspberries. The tannins on the finish are supple, and the flavors add hints of cola like spice to the minty fresh finish.
