Cask No. B3.11 Fathers Day 2 orange and lemon slices andThe Panel agreed this was a wonderful nose: hugely inviting, with notes of resinous hardwoods, sweet liquorice, fennel bulb and eucalyptus. We also noted menthol and camphor balm, zesty orange liqueur, strawberry wine and sweet coconut. With water it became more aromatically complex as we got mothballs, cigar humidor, barley extract, hickory chips and more camphor. The neat palate glowed with spiced orange cordials, big creamy American sweetness fused
