風土：Swartland次產區的Paardeberg聚集了近年南非備受矚目的膜拜酒莊，例如相當稀有難尋的Sadie Family正是在此。這裡葡萄園的土壤是由分解的花崗岩所形成，生長在此處的Chenin Blanc始終能保持一貫的純淨清晰，強大的架構卻絲毫不顯沉重。
