香檳區除了生產氣泡酒，也同樣可以生產靜態酒，稱為「Coteaux Champenois」。只是產量非常稀少，往往僅提供法國當地消費。隨著香檳區的國際化，現在也有極少部分作為外銷用。而這些罕見的酒款當中，評價最好的黑皮諾紅酒，就是Egly-Ouriet 的Coteaux Champenois Rouge。

來自海拔約300公尺的地塊，充滿小礫石的黏土質石灰岩，表土深度都不超過30公分。Lamy對於土地相當重視，僅使用有機肥料超過20年，每年進行三次的翻土！酒款風味多變細膩，以礦物風味為主軸，夾帶著清新柑橘、白花等香氣，口感依然圍繞著Saint Aubin村特有的礦物感，尾韻精緻綿長！

25公頃的小地塊「En la Verde」，由於地處背斜谷開口處，因此從西邊來的寒冷氣流，幫助了這塊葡萄園的風土特徵，始終能保留爽脆的酸度與清新的礦物感。
