來自海拔約300公尺的地塊，充滿小礫石的黏土質石灰岩，表土深度都不超過30公分。Lamy對於土地相當重視，僅使用有機肥料超過20年，每年進行三次的翻土！酒款風味多變細膩，以礦物風味為主軸，夾帶著清新柑橘、白花等香氣，口感依然圍繞著Saint Aubin村特有的礦物感，尾韻精緻綿長！

採用直接壓榨法(Direct Press)，僅使用不銹鋼槽發酵與培養。風味的關鍵，在於隔年一月份就進行裝瓶，因此能夠保留極為新鮮的活力。酒質純淨清爽，優雅富含活力，具有西瓜、花朵、覆盆莓、野草莓等的香甜風味，口感帶有Xavier極為重視的礦物質，所帶來些許的鹹味，層次相當豐富卻又輕鬆易飲。
