Dedicated Sencha Premium Phoenix Sencha 棗（なつめ）は、薄茶のお手前の際に使用する抹茶用の容器です。This light steamed sencha is made from the highest quality hand picked tea from the Nishi Green Tea Factory in Kirishima, Kagoshima Prefecture, and blended with teas that have been entered in the National tea fairs. The traditional shallow steaming method is used to maximize the delicate aroma "essential fragrance" that only high quality tea leaves have. The tea has a rich flavor, and the water color is a thin, clear golden color. It was awarded a 2
